Steps:
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender but not mushy.Drain in colander and let them cool.Meantime, mix wet ingredients withvegetables and seasonings.Add to potatoes and mix gently, sprinkle some paprika on top for presentation and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
