Steps:
- Cover onions with water + cook till done, but firm. Add 2 Tblsp sugar. Let stand over night in fridge. Save liquid. Sauce: Drain liquid from onions. Melt butter in pan. Add flour to butter, add milk, stir. Cook til thickened, add onion water. Pour sauce over onions, bake at 350 till hot.
