1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cups Miracle Whip
4 eggs
1/4 cup cold water
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups finely shredded carrots
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 -3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • with an elecgric mixer, mix together cake mix, salad dressing,eggs, water and Cinnamon.
  • slowly stir in carrots.
  • pour into 2 cake pans and bake 30-35 minutes.
  • for icing blend together cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
