Samoa S'mores image

8 large marshmallows
16 caramel coconut cookies, such as Girl Scout Samoas

Steps:

  • Roast your marshmallows on a stick or skewer over an open flame (campfire or your stove!). Place toasted marshmallow on top of a cookie and top with a second cookie. Enjoy!
