Salsa Chicken image

This is soooo easy and sooooo yummy! My husband loves this soooo much! Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 red peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 sweet onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 c salsa, chunky
2 packets taco seasoning mix

Steps:

  • 1. Cut up red peppers, green peppers, onion, coarsely, put in bowl, add minced garlic, combine. Add chicken then add taco seasoning packets. Stir to combine. Spray 9x13 pan with olive oil. Dump in ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add salsa on top, smear around. Continue baking for 25 more minutes! Serve with rice. I make my rice with one part water and one part salsa! Yum!
