Salmon With Maple Dill Glaze image

Bring the Brilliant orange of fall to your dinner table with this delectable new recipe from Crisco!! Fresh salmon is marinated in a delightful Dijon, balsamic, and maple-infused marinade and then grilled on the barbecue. Serve alongside a medley of color harvest veggies such as peppers, squash and zucchini.

1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons crisco canola oil, plus additional for grilling
4 salmon fillets (4oz each)

Steps:

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Place 3 tablespoons of glaze in resealable plastic bag with salmon. marinate in refrigerator.
  • Lightly grill pan with oil and heat to medium-high heat. Place fillets in hot pan, skin side down and discard used marinade. Cook fish 10-12 minutes, turning once, or until the fish is opaque throughout. Serve with your favorite cooked veggies and drizzle with remaining sauce.
