Steps:
- Heat oven or grill to 450 degrees (Med-High heat)
- Season salmon fillets with salt. If using dried basil, sprinkle on salmon with salt
- Place salmon on pre-heated, oiled grill or rack. Cook for 10-12 min.
- While salmon is cooking, combine all remaining ingredients (except basil) in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer until barely thickened (3 min)
- Sprinkle basil on top of salmon (if using fresh)
- Spoon glaze over basil and salmon.
