SALMON WITH CITRUS SAUCE image

2 salmon filets
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tablespoons guava juice

Steps:

  • Put cream and ginger in saucepan and heat until boiling. Boil until cream thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Add orange and guava juice and bring heat to medium. Simmer for five minutes. In the meantime, broil salmon until medium rare, about 5 minutes on each side. Plate the salmon and top with sauce. Serve over steamed spinach.
