SALMON WITH CHINESE PESTO image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lb. salmon
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 T. minced ginger
1/4 cup minced green onion
1/4 cup minced Chinese parsley (optional)
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. shoyu
1 tsp. sesame seed oil

Steps:

  • Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place salmon on a sheet of heavy foil large enough to wrap the salmon in envelope style. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients rub mixture into salmon. Wrap salmon filet in foil & seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until salmon in just opaque in center. Carefully open foil envelope to allow steam to escape.
