Steps:
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended and set aside. Sprinkle pepper evenly over both sides of salmon. Place salmon on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray. Broil 3 " from heat 2-1/2 minutes on each side or until fish slakes easily. Spoon mayo mixture over salmon, and serve with lemon wedges. Garnish with parsley sprigs
