Salmon Rosemary Burgers image

great served with my garlic balsamic aioli with a tomato slice and pickles

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 lb salmon skinned and deboned
1 c bread crumbs
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 c red onion minced
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 eggs beaten
2 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Add all ingredients except oil to food processor and process until you are able to form patties. Grill or fry basting with the oil
