Steps:
- 1. If using canned, drain and flake salmon being sure to remove any bones. If using fresh, flake cooked salmon into bite size pieces.
- 2. Combine salmon with next six ingredients.
- 3. Cover and chill mixture several hours.
- 4. Shape mixture into a log and roll in pecans and parsley. Chill well and keep chilled until serving.
