Salami Nachos image

Number Of Ingredients 2

8 ounces thinly sliced salami (See Cook's Note)
Two 4-ounce spreadable cheese cups, such as The Laughing Cow Cheese Cups Original

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
  • Lay out the salami slices in one layer on the lined baking sheets, making sure they do not touch. Bake, flipping halfway through, until firm and slightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel lined baking sheet to drain and further crisp up as they cool completely.
  • Serve the salami chips with the cheese cups.
