Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix pork sausage, cheese, ketchup, and oregano in large bowl (using your hands works best).
- Using a fork, spread about one Tbsp. of the mix onto individual cocktail rye bread. Lay flat on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake 10-15 minutes, or until cheese just turns brown, bubbles, and is melted.
