Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lb ground beef
1 onion (large) chopped
4 c shredded cabbage
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Layer the cabbage on top of the meat for a few minutes, add the salt and pepper.
  • 2. Spread 1 package of crescent rolls over the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Spread the hamburger/cabbage mixture over. Add layer of cheese. (I add a layer of American cheese slices on top of the mozzarella for added flavor.)
  • 3. Bake at 350* for 35 to 40 minutes, covering with foil the last 10 minutes to soften the crust.
