Steps:
- 1. Put cranberries in a glass (or non-metal) bowl and fill with rum (or cooled syrup). Let soak over night or at least 6-8 hrs.
- 2. Strain small cluster, and roll/toss them in the sugar. You can use a bowl or bag to toss them in, I use a ziplock freezer bag. **Remember-strain & roll small clusters of cranberries at a time**
- 3. Spread the cranberries on a cookie sheet to dry and harden before packing them up.
