My Uncle John Kraftician owned the Rozy Kozy Lunch in Edwardsville, PA, and I got this recipe from his daughter, Pearl. She pretty much ran the place...cook, cleaner, waitress, inventory clerk and bookkeeper. She now lives in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and will be celebrating her 90th birthday this month.

Steps:
- Combine the dry ingredients and put aside. In a large pot combine the tomato soup and water and bring to a low boil. Add the dry ingredients, stir, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes to thicken.
- Form ground beef into 10 patties and fry in a large skillet; cook to medium well; drain all grease. Wipe pan of all grease with a paper towel.
- Return patties to skillet and add sauce; keep warm with low simmer. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve on a hamburger bun.
