Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Brush 3 Tbsp. oil evenly onto pita breads; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
- Cut each pita into 8 wedges; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Meanwhile, combine remaining cheese and oil.
- Serve pita wedges with cheese mixture.
