Steps:
- Mix the yeast with warm water until frothy. Mix butter, sugar, salt and yeast. Incoporate egg. Add flour slowly while mixing. Let dough stand for at least an hour in a warm spot. Press dough to release air. Shape into rounds and place a teaspoon of guava paste around the center. Let stand for 45 minutes. Bake in 300 preheated oven for 40 minutes.
