Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 dry yeast

Steps:

  • Mix the yeast with warm water until frothy. Mix butter, sugar, salt and yeast. Incoporate egg. Add flour slowly while mixing. Let dough stand for at least an hour in a warm spot. Press dough to release air. Shape into rounds and place a teaspoon of guava paste around the center. Let stand for 45 minutes. Bake in 300 preheated oven for 40 minutes.
