Roquefort Mayonnaise image

Yield Makes about 1 1/2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 4

8 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Stir all ingredients in bowl to blend. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill. Bring to room temperature before using.)
