Rolo Stuffed Ritz Crackers image

These may, also, be partially dipped or completely coated in melted chocolate. Note: There are about 55 Rolo candies per bag. Adjust recipe accordingly.

2 sleeves Ritz crackers (or more)
1 (11 ounce) bag Rolo chocolates, unwrapped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place Ritz cracker face-side down on a baking sheet. Top with an unwrapped Rolo.
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes, until chocolate is soft and not melted. This takes only 3-5 minutes. Top Rolo with another Ritz cracker. Cool completely.
