Rolo Fudge Brownies image

Option: Can drizzle with melted chocolate after removing from pan. I leave plain.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box(es) fudge brownie mix, 13x9 family size betty crocker
1/4 cup(s) water
2/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 - eggs
3 package(s) rolos, 3-1.7 oz rolls
3/4 cup(s) pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 325. Make brownies as directed on box. (Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended)
  • Spray bottom of brownie pan (12 individual squares).
  • Fill each cup with brownie mix (I used an ice cream scoop).
  • Cut each rolo in half and place 4 rolo 1/2's on top of each brownie square (caramel up). Sprinkle each with pecans. Bake 23 minutes. Let cool slightly. Remove each from pan.
