Roasted Pepper Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 recipe (8 peppers) Roasted Peppers
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 basil leaves, torn into bits
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:
