- 1. Lay asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
- 2. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil on asparagus.
- 3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 4. Roast at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
- 5. Remove from oven. Add Parmesan cheese.
- 6. Return to oven for another couple of minutes for the cheese to melt in.
