Roasted Onion Wedges image

2 units sweet onion
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
0.25 teaspoons salt
0.25 teaspoons pepper

Steps:

  • Place onions in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over onions, coating evenly.
  • Cover dish with foil or lid and bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Uncover dish, baste onions, and bake uncovered for 20 minutes more, or till tender and browned.
