Considered a new classic among cocktail enthusiasts, the Cuzco cocktail includes a Peruvian spirit called Pisco and plenty of lemon and grapefruit juice, for a balanced and refreshing cocktail.

1 cup ice
2 fluid ounces pisco
¾ fluid ounce Aperol (bitter orange aperitif)
¾ fluid ounce simple syrup
½ fluid ounce lemon juice
½ fluid ounce grapefruit juice
1 cup ice
1 twist grapefruit peel

Steps:

  • Place 1 cup ice in a collins glass. Set aside in the freezer.n
  • Combine pisco, Aperol, simple syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and 1 cup ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled Collins glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.n
