ROASTED GARLIC CALIFORNIA ARTIHCOKES image

1/4 cup of sesame oil
1/4 up of mayonaise
1/4 cup worchestershire
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
salt
4 large artichokes
1/8 cup of butter or olive oil
2 cloves of garlic

Steps:

  • Cut in 1/2 and remove purple leaves Boil artichokes till tender. Mix together ingredients for sauce Baste artichokes with garlic butter Grill the artichokes Drizzle sauce over artichokes while grilling Serve with excess sauce.
