Roasted Chicken Avocado Wraps image

Avocado, chopped
White onion, chopped fine
Cilantro, chopped
Lime juice
Chipotle powder
Salt
Whole wheat tortilla wraps
Green leaf lettuce
Roasted chicken, shredded
Black beans, drained well
Tomatoes, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. In a chopper, mix avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice and chipotle powder and salt. Pulse 5 or 6 times or until mix is smooth. (This is a basic Guacamole)
  • 2. Spread Guacamole onto a tortilla shell, then add on a few leaves of lettuce, chicken, black beans, and tomato (if using).
  • 3. Wrap tight and cut in half, then simply enjoy!
