1/2 recipe of Chipotle Chili Adobo Sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 Split chicken at backbone to butterfly. Generously spread Chipotle Chili Adobo Sauce over chicken and bake in oven for about 1 hour until done basting occasionally.
