Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 2. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet and roast 25-30 minutes, stirring every so often, until cauliflower is nice and brown around the edges. Don't take it out of the oven too soon. 3. Toss with parsley; season with salt and pepper to taste; serve with lemon wedges.
