ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
three tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot chili flakes, or more if you're spicy
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 2. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet and roast 25-30 minutes, stirring every so often, until cauliflower is nice and brown around the edges. Don't take it out of the oven too soon. 3. Toss with parsley; season with salt and pepper to taste; serve with lemon wedges.
