Delicious roasted cauliflower.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Trim the bottom of the cauliflower head remove the stem and green leaves leaving the cauliflower intact. Place the cauliflower in a large pot and add the chicken stock enough to cover the cauliflower. Throw in the bay leaves and some fresh thyme. Bring to a boil and cook for about 12 minutes. Don't over cook so it falls apart.
- 2. Remove the cauliflower from the stock and place in a baking pan. Ladle a 1/2 cup stock over the cauliflower. Drizzle the butter over the cauliflower.
- 3. Place in oven and roast for 10 minutes. Until a knife can easily slide into the head. Turn the broiler on and broil until golden brown.
- 4. Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Drizzle the buttery stock over the cauliflower and sprinkle some fresh thyme
