Jelly Frosting image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/4 cups mixed fruit jelly (any flavor will be fine)
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Heat jelly and light corn syrup together (230°F) and stir until dissolved. Beat eggs and salt until stiff. Add hot syrup to beaten egg whites in a thin stream and beat to spreading consistency.
