Steps:
- Roast cauliflower florets in olive oil, salt and pepper in 450 degree oven till very brown and crispy (20-30"?) Roast or Blanche asparagus Boil broken pasta in chix broth with smashed garlic cloves till tender; stir in dijon, parmesan, salt and lots of pepper to taste. Meanwhile, saute rosemary and chopped red pepper (or sliced small peppers) in olive oil till just tender; add cauliflower and asparagus and saute till heated through; Mix all; top with shaved parmesan and cracked pepper.
