Steps:
- Heat butter in large sauté pan and sauté garlic and shallots until butter begins to foam. Add the brussels sprouts and toss well to combine everything. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add honey, sugar and proscuitto. Turn up the flame to medium-high and cook, not moving the pan, to allow brussels sprouts to caramelize and Proscuitto to crisp. Finish with salt, pepper and parsley.
