Steps:
- Wash asparagus, pat dry with paper towel. Lay spears on a cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil across the asparagus. Place asparagus in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 14 minutes.
- Cook bacon in fry pan until crisp. Crumble and lay on paper towel to drain grease.
- Once asparagus looks roasted and tender; remove from oven and place on platter. Sprinkle asparagus with crumbled bacon across the middle and then sprinkle feta cheese over the entire dish. Dish can be served warm or cold.
