Ritz Carlton Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe - seriously the BEST chocolate chip cookie EVER! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. PERFECT! Butter, brown sugar, salt, eggs, chocolate chips, flour, vanilla, and baking powder. Can freeze cookie dough unbaked for a quick treat later. Makes a great gift too! Steps:
- In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter until soft, approximately 2 minutes.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add flour, salt, baking powder. Mix well. Add chocolate chips.
- Divide the dough into 36 balls and refrigerate for an hour.
- Place chilled cookie dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
