Steps:
- Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; simmer slowly and stir 10 minutes or until no longer acidic and sweet. Add stock, peas and seasonings. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and simmer 10-15 minutes until rice is soft and stock is completely adsorbed. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds and serve.
