RICE NOODLE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 oz package of fine egg noodles
1 cup minute rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can onion soup
1 can chicken broth soup (only use half the can)
1 stick of butter
2 tsp soy sauce.

Steps:

  • Melt butter in large frying pan, brown noodles an rice. Add rest of ingredients and mix all together. Put in 2 quart casserole and mix together. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes (until brown on top)
