RICE KRISPIES® Ice Cream Sandwiches image

Take your favorite treat and add ice cream. That's the winning formula behind our positively delicious RICE KRISPIES® Ice Cream Sandwiches.

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
3 cups KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal
1 Tbsp. sprinkles
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted.
  • Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec. Add cereal and sprinkles; mix well.
  • Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch freezerproof pan sprayed with cooking spray. Freeze 15 min.
  • Remove cereal mixture from pan; cut crosswise in half. Cut ice cream into 1/2-inch-thick slices; use to fill cereal mixture layers to make large ice cream sandwich. Wrap in parchment. Freeze 2 hours. Cut into 12 smaller ice cream sandwiches before serving.
