Springtime calls for rhubarb recipes! I have several but this is one of my favorites. I make this when I don't have time to make a pie crust.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the diced rhubarb, jello and white sugar. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, pecans and cinnamon. Add softened butter and mix well.
- In a glass 9 x 13 inch dish, add the rhubarb mixture, spreading evenly. Top with the oatmeal mixture, spreading this evenly over the rhubarb.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered for 45 minutes.
