1 cup mayonnaise
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained
1 (8 ounce) package swiss cheese, shredded
1 (1 large) package chopped corned beef or 1 (1 large) package deli corned beef
hot mustard (opt. for topping)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and put in greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with party bread or crackers.
  • Serve with hot mustard on the side for topping (optional).
