Reuben Casserole image

My friend Mary brought this to a St. Patrick's day party and it was the first time I can ever remember eating sauerkraut or horseradish and liking it! This is a very yummy, fun and different dip, gooey with cheese and easy to take along with you to heat up just before serving.
