Remoulade Sauce image

I like to use this on my crab cakes,

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 1/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 c creole mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
2 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp parsley chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredient together with a burr mixer.
  • 2. chill and serve, over crab cakes,shrimp cocktail.
