Extra cute Reindeer Cookie Bars are fun, festive and fabulous! These easy Christmas cookie bars are the perfect addition to your holidays!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 11 x 17 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat. You can also grease with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about one to two minutes.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. Add in flour and baking soda and stir. Fold in crushed pretzels and M&M's until just combined.
- Transfer dough to prepared pan and press into pan evenly.
- Make a reindeer face by lining up 2 chocolate chips, one M&M, and a pretzel (cut in half) to make the face of a reindeer (See photos for example). I like to make a small indentation where the bars are going to be so that I can make sure the reindeer are lined up evenly.
- Bake in oven for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow cookie bars to cool for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting into bars and serving.
