Reese's Double Peanut Butter Cookies image

My family really likes this peanut butter cookie recipe. I've substituted Reese's Pieces for half of the peanut butter chips. Another time, I substituted milk chocolate chips for half of the peanut butter chips.

2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup reese's creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons imitation vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt
2 cups reese's peanut butter chips
