Reduced Fat Munch Mix image

Yield Makes 12 servings, 1/2 cup each.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups bite-size shredded wheat cereal
1 cup small unsalted pretzels
1 cup popped popcorn
3 Tbsp. 70% vegetable oil spread, melted
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cereal, pretzels and popcorn in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • Mix spread, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt in small bowl. Drizzle evenly over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until crisp, stirring after 15 minutes. Cool. Store in tightly covered containers.
