BAKED HAMBURGERS WITH POTATOES image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
8 white potatoes
4 sweet potatoes
2 onions
salt and pepper, to taste
Cavenders, to taste
1/4 cup of oil

Steps:

  • Spray bottom and sides of 9 x 13 baking dish. Form four hamburger patties, season with salt, pepper, and Cavenders, and place in dish. Peel and slice potatoes and sweet potatoes. Place around meat in dish and season with salt, pepper, and Cavenders. Slice onions and place on top of hamburger patties. Drizzle oil on top of meat and veggies. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until hamburger patties are done.
