RED WINE AND DIJON VINAIGRETTE image

Yield 2.5 cups

Number Of Ingredients 3

1/4 cup dijon
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cup salad oil

Steps:

  • In a blender add dijon and red wine vinegar. With the machine running add 3/4 cup oil in a slow stream. Transfer to a bowl with a whisk add the remainder of the oil slowly
