2 1/2 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine
2 ounces framboise lambic (Belgian raspberry beer)
Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a champagne flute or coupe glass, mix the champagne and lambic. Garnish with a raspberry or two and serve immediately.
