RED SEASONAL SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 15

2 red chilis
1/2-1 jalapeno
2 cloves garlic
1-2 TB light Agave
1-2 TB rice vinegar
3 TB or juice of 1 lime
4 TB fish sauce (nam pla)
3 TB canola oil
1/2 small red onion, finely sliced
4-6 c red cabbage, finely sliced
2-4 c savoy cabbage
3 watermelon radishes, finely sliced
4 french radishes
1/4 c chopped cilantro
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients for vinagrette. Finely chop peppers and garlic. Include seeds with peppers if you like more heat. Add onions to vinagrette and leave to steep at least 15 minutes. Mix with rest of ingredients. An hour of sitting prior to serving will allow flavors to combine.
